Anthony and Jim (district manager and manager) are by far the most cooperative and understanding mechanics from a large chain company ive ever worked with. They helped me and my pregnant girlfriend without pressuring us into paying extra like most places do. Ran coupons I didnt have before like family. Definitely the best meineke location or garage around york.

I have been coming here since I turned 16 and got my drivers license. It’s been 23 years, and even moving to TN and now CO, I will always come back here for the guys to check out my vehicle and do any usual maintenance. I was just in with my new truck for my first oil change and they found that my breaks were leaking, walked me through the issues, my choices, the cost, and what they recommended. Part is under my warranty so Jim was able to check if they had the needed parts in and what I needed to show at Honda to get the issue fixed. I walked out with confidence in my truck, confidence in moving forward, and knowing that if it wasn’t for Meineke, driving back to Colorado could have been a disaster.

The team at Meineke in West York was fantastic! They got my Jeep repaired and back on the road faster than I expected. They also offered multiple financing options that made the process affordable and stress-free. Everyone was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.

Yes the person Tim is a salesperson but more like a crook. I went there for inspection repairs and each time he said I needed something else. Then showed me pictures of a damaged serpentine belt. I believed him. Well that belt broke within 10 months of installation. Had the nerve to tell me how much money I had available to spend each time. My car broke down on E Market Street by another Meineke. The serpentine work was done by the one on Rodney Road but the East Market St. one quoted me over $900 to fix what the other Meineke did. From what I understand now, All parts were to have been replaced simultaneously. Not so and they didn’t want to fix their own work. I have left with my car and will follow with a report to the BBB and file complaint in court.

I really was hoping to have a better experience than the one I had. I went because it has really good reviews. I first came in 08/23/2025 for a noise my car started making after I turned it on and so they could determine the problem (First Video). I am a college student, and I do not live in PA. I told them I was going to come back a month or so later because I had to go back to class. I come back on 12/16/2025 to get the noise fix. They tell me I need additional maintenance done and that I had an exhaust leak. I agree to the maintenance, and I dropped my car off. The maintenance was a $4,843.18. I came back from vacation, and the car was still making the noise. I told them and made a second appointment where they said they needed to change the AC Compressor and that they did not change it because I declined it back in August even though that was the reason I came back. I gave them a second chance and brought the car again04/09/2026! They changed the AC Compressor and sent me home (which was an additional $2,000). Within five minutes of me driving the car, the noise is still there (Second video). I called them and they said bring it back and to leave it with them so they can hear t
